Hi, I’m Kelly.
I created A Bridge Back to You because I know what it means to feel disconnected—from yourself, from your body, from a sense of safety in the world. My own journey has been shaped by complex trauma, and for years, I coped in ways that numbed, avoided, or kept me stuck in cycles of self-abandonment. But along the way, I found something else: a path home.
Through somatic experiencing, nervous system regulation, self-compassion practices, and embodied healing, I began to rebuild trust with myself. Not by forcing change, but by learning to listen—to the language of my body, to the signals of my nervous system, to the parts of me that had been waiting to be seen. This course is born from that journey. Every tool I share here is something that has supported me—deeply, personally, in real time. A Bridge Back to You is my offering from the other side, a way to help you find your own way back—to presence, to steadiness, to yourself.
